§ 92.23 DOGS AND CATS CAUSING DAMAGE.
   No person owning, keeping or harboring a dog or cat shall permit or suffer it to do any injury or damage to any lawn, shrubbery, flowers, grounds or property owned by any person or entity (including any condominium association or homeowners' association common area property) other than the property of the owner or person having the care, custody or control of such dog or cat.
