All recyclable materials in the Township provided recycling cart shall be placed for collection between the curb and sidewalk in front of the residence as provided in § 50.50 of this chapter. If placement cannot be made by the resident as heretofore provided, then the Township Committee shall have the right to establish or approve another designated location on the resident's premises for the placement of such recyclables. In no event shall recyclable materials or other solid waste be placed in the street or right-of-way.
