§ 50.07 PROHIBITED PRACTICES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Place or store any of the substances and/or materials referred to in this subchapter in any paper bag, parcel, wooden keg or barrel, basket, drum or any type of container whatsoever other than the type of cart herein specified.
   (B)   Collect, pick up, rake or in any other way disturb the substances and/or materials referred to in this subchapter when deposited in receptacles or otherwise and laid or placed on any curb, street or public place for collection; provided, however, that this division (B) shall not apply to authorized officials, including, but not limited to, authorized sanitation personnel or firefighter or law enforcement officers in the performance of their respective official duties.
   (C)   Place for collection, any explosive to include but not limited to ammunition, flares, fireworks and the like.
   (D)   Place for collection, any medical waste unless properly secured. Hypodermic needles must be placed in a secured metal container.
   (E)   The Township will issue a Notice of Violation to those residents failing to comply with the conditions of this chapter. The Township reserves the right, after due notice of violation, to remove trash from curbline. The costs of this removal will be certified by the Township and shall become a lien against the property.
   (F)   Violate any other term, condition or requirement of this subchapter.
