§ 50.05 PREPARATION OF GARBAGE FOR COLLECTION.
   (A)   No garbage shall be placed for collection outside of provided trash cart. All garbage shall be thoroughly and completely drained of all liquids and placed in a cart, as defined herein above, with other trash.
   (B)   All other materials and/or substances referred to herein shall be stored and held in carts as defined herein whenever possible. Any trash, rubbish and/or garden refuse of such a nature or size that it cannot be placed in a cart shall be properly and securely tied into bundles or packages to prevent spilling or scattering. Such bundles or packages shall be of a size to permit ease of handling by one man and shall not, in any case, weigh more than 50 pounds or exceed 48 inches and will be picked up on the bulk trash day only.
   (C)   Carts that are badly broken or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of this chapter may be treated as rubbish and collected and disposed of as such by the agency responsible for the collection thereof.
