In order to foster positive human relations through education, encouragement of greater respect and understanding between people and the recognition of the racial, ethnic, religious and cultural diversity and promote tolerance and mutual respect between all persons within the municipality, there is hereby established and created by this chapter a committee to be known as the Citizens Cultural and Diversity Advisory Committee of the Township of Voorhees.
