§ 32.148 RULE ADOPTION.

The Board shall adopt such ordinances and rules as it shall deem appropriate in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3-64 through 26:3-69.5, including all procedures, processes and penalties for the violation of any health ordinance or code in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3-70 through 26:3-82.
