The Board shall have the following powers and duties within the jurisdictional limits of the Township:
(A) All powers and duties enumerated in N.J.S.A. 26:3-31.
(B) The powers set forth in N.J.S.A. 26:3-32 through 26:3-34.
(C) Preparation of an annual report in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3-35.
(D) Enforcement of N.J.S.A. 26:3-45 through 26:3-62.
(E) The code established and adopted by this subchapter is described and commonly known as the “Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)” which is hereby adopted in its entirety.
