§ 32.043 APPLICATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT.
   On request of either the Planning Board or the Zoning Board (the “referring board”) in connection with an application (“a referred application”), the Commission shall review the referred application and provide its advice to the referring board, which advice shall be conveyed through the Zoning Liaison or the Planning Liaison, as applicable, by way of written report from the Commission and, if required by the referring board, the testimony of the Zoning Liaison or the Planning Liaison, as applicable, at the hearing on the referred application to explain the written report. The written report must be submitted to the referring board's secretary (or, in the absence of a secretary, the chairperson) no later than seven business days before the scheduled public hearing on such referred application.
