(A) Regular members. Initially, the regular member who is not the Planning Liaison or the Zoning Liaison shall be appointed for, in regard to the first, a one-year term, and in regard to the second, a two-year term. Thereafter, each appointment shall be for a three-year term and until the appointment and qualification of such member's successor. The term of the Planning Liaison shall coincide with such person's term on the Township Planning Board. The term of the Zoning Liaison shall coincide with such person's term on the Zoning Board. A vacancy on the Commission occurring other than by expiration of a term shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointment.
(B) Alternate member. The term of the alternate member shall be for two years. A vacancy occurring otherwise than by expiration of term shall be filled by the Township Committee for the unexpired term only.
(C) Township Committee Liaison. The term of the Township Committee Liaison shall be for one year.
