Except as otherwise provided in any written employment or collective bargaining agreement or contract approved by the Township Committee, there is hereby established a vacation schedule as follows:
(A) After completion of a 12 month period, all full-time employees of the Police Department shall be entitled to a one-week vacation;
(B) After completion of two years of service and up to ten years of service, all full-time patrol officers shall be entitled to two weeks' vacation;
(C) After completion of ten years of service and up to 15 years of service, all full-time patrol officers shall be entitled to three weeks' vacation; and
(D) After completion of 15 years of service, all full-time patrol officers shall be entitled to four weeks' vacation.
