§ 31.04 APPOINTMENT OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   All members of the Police Department shall be appointed by the Township Committee in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118 et seq., N.J.A.C. 4A:1 et seq. and the terms of this chapter.
