Section 12.48.140   Duties of applicant.
   A.   Each applicant shall comply with all terms and conditions of its special event authorization.
   B.   Each applicant shall ensure that the person leading a parade, or other event along a route, or the person in charge of any other event, shall carry the special event authorization documentation on his or her person for the duration of the event.
   C.   Each applicant shall ensure the area used for the authorized special event is cleaned and restored to the same condition as existed prior to the event, immediately following the completion of the event. (Ord. 2018-05 § 2 (part), 2018)
