Section 12.48.120   Appeal.
   Any decision involving an application for a special event authorization may be appealed to the city manager by filing a written notice for an appeal with the city clerk within ten business days of such action. The city manager or designee shall hear such appeal and issue a determination within five business days. If such an appeal is taken from revocation of an authorization, the revocation shall not be effective until after a decision upholding the revocation has been made by the city manager or designee. The decision of the city manager or designee on an appeal shall be final subject only to a judicial challenge. (Ord. 2018-05 § 2 (part), 2018)
