Section 12.48.010   Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to promote the city's interest in regulating competing uses of public fora, in regulating the streets to protect the safety, comfort, and convenience of the public, and in ensuring adequate public safety and other city services. (Ord. 2018-05 § 2 (part), 2018)
