16.46.100   Exemptions.
   The fees imposed under this chapter shall not apply to the following:
   A.   Remodeling or alteration of an existing dwelling or building.
   B.   Additions to an existing dwelling or building that does not cause the site upon which the dwelling or building is situated to be expanded. (Ord. 2017-01 (part), 2017: Ord. 2001-11 § 2 (part), 2001)
