16.44.170   Appeal process.
   Determinations made by the city engineer pursuant to this chapter may be appealed by filing a written request to the city manager within fourteen (14) days of the city engineer's decision. The city manager will consider the written appeal and issue a final decision. (Ord. 2017-01 (part), 2017: Ord. 2008-14, 2008)
