A. Travel trailer parks shall be evaluated in terms of their impact upon adjacent areas in order to avoid the creation of land use and circulation problems and/or undesirable environments for the occupants of the travel trailer parks or surrounding properties.
B. Travel trailer parks shall be served by existing public sewer and water systems. The development of such parks with individual water and sewer systems will not be permitted.
C. All travel trailer park entrances and exits shall have direct access to a primary, secondary or collector street as shown on the approved streets and highways plan. Access to travel trailer parks shall not be permitted from minor streets. (Prior code § 7190)
