A. A conditional use permit, pursuant to Section 17.38.010 shall be granted prior to the commencement of construction of any travel trailer park in the C-4 and C-5 zoning districts.
B. Applications for a conditional use permit under the zoning regulations of the city shall be accompanied by the following information:
1. A complete plot plan showing all physical features of the proposed travel trailer park site and adjacent public streets and areas;
2. A complete storm drainage plan providing for the ultimate disposal of storm water showing on-site facilities and off-site storm lines;
3. A complete sanitary sewer plan for the entire site, and individual travel trailer sites, including all off-site lines and, where necessary, lift stations, adequate to serve the proposed development;
4. A complete water source and distribution plan for the entire travel trailer park;
5. A complete plot plan of sites, landscaping, parking areas, recreation and storage areas. (Prior code § 7189)
