A. Travel trailers, other than those being offered for sale in properly zoned commercial areas, when occupied, shall be located only within approved travel trailer parks or in existing travel trailer parks which are nonconforming uses.
B. Mobile homes shall not be located or occupied in travel trailer parks except as hereinafter specified.
C. Commercial activities, including the sale of travel trailers, whether or not appurtenant to the operation of a travel trailer park, shall not be permitted in travel trailer parks.
D. No more than one travel trailer shall be allowed on each travel trailer site.
E. Recreational units incapable of state of California vehicle registration and licensing shall not be located or occupied in travel trailer parks including tents. Tents and other temporary shelter shall not be permitted on a travel trailer site except for awnings and covers attached to any travel trailer. (Prior code § 7188)
