Mobile home parks shall provide permanently maintained landscaped areas and site screening in conformance with the following regulations:
A. Mobile home parks which abut upon a public roadway shall provide a landscaped border adjacent to the road right-of-way of not less than ten feet in width;
B. Precise landscape plans to be submitted and approved prior to the approval of a conditional use permit for a mobile home park development on the site;
C. Mobile home parks shall provide solid perimeter screen fencing, a maximum of six feet in height, along all side and rear property lines where the park adjoins a R-A, R-1 or R-M district;
D. Mobile home parks abutting upon a public roadway shall provide a masonry wall or fence not less than three feet in height, along all public street frontages located not less than ten feet nor more than twenty (20) feet behind the property line. (Prior code § 7185(19))
