15.52.150   Undergrounding.
   All public utilities shall be installed underground, including electrical supply, telephone, street lighting cable, community antenna t.v. and ducting provision for cable television. A community t.v. antenna shall be provided; usage of individual antenna on each mobile home will not be permitted. (Prior code § 7185(15))
