A. Mobile home parks shall pay a storm drainage fee per acre equivalent to that charged for multifamily developments.
B. The mobile home park application shall be accompanied by a complete drainage plan, including proposed ultimate disposal, and the city will review same for conformity with drainage master plans for the area.
C. Maintenance of all mobile park drainage facilities shall be the responsibility of the developer. Underground and pump facilities shall be built to current city subdivision standards. (Prior code § 7185(12))
