13.08.1090   Protection from damage.
   No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the city sewerage system. (Ord. 2006-02 (part), 2006: Prior code § 4316)
