13.08.1070 Falsifying of information.

Any person or persons who knowingly makes any false statements, representation, record, report, plan or other document filed with the city or who falsifies, tampers with, or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or procedure required under this chapter, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
