A discharger proposing to discharge holding tank waste and septic tank waste into the septage receiving station must secure a permit. No discharge shall be allowed to any location except the septage receiving station. If a permit is granted for discharge of such waste, the discharger shall pay the applicable user charges and fees and shall meet such other conditions as required by the city.
