13.08.110   Prohibition of new systems or connections.
   No new private sewerage disposal systems shall be constructed within the city, and no new dwellings or structures shall be connected to existing private systems; except as hereinafter excepted. (Ord. 2006-02 (part), 2006: Ord. 2003-20 (part), 2003; Prior code § 4206)
