12.61.190   Violations.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, unless reduced to an infraction in the discretion of the city attorney or his or her designee, and punishable in accord with Visalia Municipal Code Chapter 1.12. (Ord. 2004-14 (part), 2004)
