12.61.140 Display of harmful matter.

Section 313.1 of the California Penal Code shall govern the display, offer for sale, or selling of harmful matter as such is defined in California Penal Code section 313(a), to minors in vending machines, in a manner unattended by an adult at the time of sale, or located in an upon public places.
