A. No person shall place, install, use or maintain any newsrack on public property within the district, within the public right-of-way of any street within the district, or within any public easement adjacent to any street within the district except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
B. All newsracks shall comply with federal, state and other local laws and regulations. (Ord. 2004-14 (part), 2004)
