12.61.010    Establishment of the Downtown Newsrack District.
   This section creates the Downtown Newsrack District (hereinafter referred to as "district"). The district shall encompass the area designated as the Downtown Retail Design District, as described in Title 17, Chapter 17.58 of the Visalia Municipal Code, on the effective date of this provision, and shall apply to the placement, maintenance and removal of newsracks within the district. (Ord. 2004-14 (part), 2004)
