12.32.140   Smoking prohibited in parks.
   No person shall smoke any substance or dispose of any lighted match or cigarette, cigar, or pipe ashes or any flaming or glowing substance in any park and recreation facilities. This rule includes processes known as "vaping". (Ord. 2019-07 § 2 (part), 2019)
