10.40.120   License required.
   It is unlawful for any individual to operate or use a bicycle upon any street, alley, public highway or other public property within the city unless such bicycle is licensed in accordance with this chapter and Division 16.7 of the state Vehicle Code. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6451)
