8.29.100   Reporting.
   A.   Progress reports during construction may be required.
   B.   All documentation is subject to verification by the city.
   C.   It is unlawful for any person to submit documentation to the city under this chapter which that person knows to contain any false statements, including but not limited to, false statements regarding tonnage of materials recycled or diverted. (Ord. 2005-24, 2005)
