5.24.030 Unlawful to violate provisions of this chapter.

It is a violation for any individual to promote, advertise or conduct any garage sale or artist and/or craft sale in violation of any conditions or provisions of this chapter. In addition, a statement of noncompliance as defined in Section 5.04.130 may be required. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6352)
