As used in this chapter, the following terms are defined:
Artist and/or Craft Persons Sale. "Artist and/or craft persons sale" means a sale, offer to sell, or holding for the purpose of selling, of goods or other merchandise made by such individual or group of individuals. The sale must be conducted in a noncommercial garage, yard, patio, driveway, or on any portion of the premises in a residential zone. This definition does not include sales made on commercial premises.
Garage Sale. "Garage sale" means a sale, offer to sell, or holding for the purpose of selling, conducted by any individual or individuals, of household furnishings, goods, or other tangible personal property, conducted in a non-commercial garage, yard, patio, driveway, or on any portion of the premises in a residential zone. This definition does not include sales made on commercial premises. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6350)
