5.16.030   Permit required.
   It is unlawful for any entity to advertise or conduct a close-out sale, or bankruptcy sale, as defined in this chapter, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the collector of the city in the manner provided in this chapter. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6802)
