A. Any entity transacting and carrying on business at a fixed place of business in the city shall keep the certificate posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises where such business is carried on.
B. Any individual transacting and carrying on business but not operating at a fixed place of business in the city shall keep the certificate upon his/her person at all times while transacting and carrying on the business for which it was issued. If the business activity, of which business tax has been paid, is conducted by more than one individual, each individual shall keep a copy of the certificate upon his/her person at all times while transacting and carrying on the business for which it was issued.
