5.04.210   Duplicate certificate.
   A duplicate certificate may be issued by the collector to replace any certificate previously issued which has been lost or destroyed, upon the certificate holder filing statement of such fact, and at the time of filing such statement paying to the collector a service charge, as set by the director of finance. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6021)
