3.36.030   Money expended.
   All moneys in said fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by, and subject to the provisions of Section 194-202 of Article 5, Chapter 1, Division 1, and Chapter 3, Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code. (Ord. 9605 § 15, 1996: prior code § 3277)
