3.36.010   General provisions.
   To comply with the provisions of Section 196, Article 5 of Chapter 1 of Division of the Streets and Highways Code, there is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund." (Prior code § 3275)
