2.32.060 Adoption of rules and regulations.

It shall be the duty of the emergency council to review and recommend for adoption by the board of supervisors and the respective city councils, disaster and mutual aid plans and agreements, and such ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations and budgets as are necessary to implement such plans and agreements. (Prior code § 1515)
