2.16.120   Invested powers and duties.
   The planning commission shall have and it is invested with all the powers and charged with all of the duties, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or with the Charter of the city, now or hereafter conferred or imposed upon planning commissions by general law of the state of California. (Prior code § 7011)
