No person shall suffer or permit or lead or drive any horse, cow, mule or sheep upon any sidewalk or public park or public grounds in the city, or ride any bicycle over or upon any sidewalk 1 or footpath except in crossing a street, alley or crossing. (1925 Code § 28-24; amd. 1981 Code; 2009 Code)
