11-1-9: TOY VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS 1 :
The use of bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades and similar wheeled devices on the sidewalks of the Virginia city square is hereby prohibited. This section specifically does not apply to wheelchairs and scooters used by disabled persons to provide mobility. (Ord., 8-5-2002)
