Cass County Courthouse:
No vehicle shall be parked in any street, crosswalk, intersection or place, other than a marked parking space, on any street surrounding or comprising the Cass County Courthouse.
Cass Street:
There is hereby created a no parking zone for the entire length of the east side of Cass Street between Springfield and Myrtle Streets within the city. Any person who causes any vehicle to be parked within said no parking zone shall be subject to the penalties as provided in section 11-2-8 of this chapter.
Main Street:
There is hereby established a "no parking zone" which shall consist of the now existing two (2) parking spaces on the west side of Main Street, immediately following said street's intersection with West Beardstown Street; said zone shall be properly marked and identified by the elimination of the existing parking space markings and replaced with such markings and signage customarily used to establish "no parking zones" so as to properly apprise motor vehicle traffic of said zone. In eliminating said spots, the southernmost remaining spot shall be designated and properly marked as a loading zone for the purpose of temporary parking not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes. Operators of motor vehicles parked in the "no parking zone" or in violation of the time restrictions for the loading zone shall be subject to a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus court costs.
There is hereby established a "no parking zone" which shall consist of all that part along Main Street along the easterly side of traffic moving in a northerly direction, between the intersections of Main Street and Jefferson Street and Main Street and Beardstown Street; said zone shall be properly marked and identified with such markings and/or signage customarily used to establish "no parking zones" so as to properly apprise motor vehicle traffic of said zone. Operators of motor vehicles parked in the "no parking zone" shall be subject to a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus court costs.
Route 125:
