§ 13.03 STREET TREE SPECIES TO BE PLANTED.
   (A)   No species may be planted on public property within the city without the prior written permission of the City Tree Board.
   (B)   Prior to the Tree Board taking action, it shall review all requests for planting to assure that the species are appropriate.
