§ 12.52 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   This chapter may be amended only by a two-thirds vote of the Council after a public hearing on the amendment has been duly advertised and held.
   (B)   Proceedings for the amendment may be initiated by:
      (1)   The Council; and/or
      (2)   The Planning Commission.
