§ 10.34 ABANDONING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   It is unlawful for any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any public or private property without the consent of the person in control of the property. For the purpose of this section, a MOTOR VEHICLE is as defined in M.S. Ch. 169, as it may be amended from time to time.
