§ 32.001 ESTABLISHMENT.

Under provisions of I.C. 36-4-9-8, a Board and a Department of Public Works and Safety are established in the city. The Board shall consist of the Mayor, the City Attorney and the City Engineer. In the event the City Attorney or City Engineer cannot serve, the Mayor may appoint other qualified department heads to the Board.
