§ 32.018 SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS; DUTIES.
   The Superintendent of Parks shall have the supervision of the park employees and equipment, and shall have general supervision of parks, upkeep of playgrounds and athletic fields and shall cooperate with any civic group or any other department of the city that may now or hereafter be authorized to function in respect to playgrounds and athletic fields by the Common Council or the Board of Public Works and Safety.
